“Gran ubicacion, ambiente familiar.”

We were unsure about booking a hostel while traveling with a 3‑year‑old, yet it exceeded every expectation; the private room was ideal, slightly separated from the others, and there wasn’t any excessive noise in the common areas, where we saw several guests using the kitchen and always received respectful treatment. We also greatly appreciated that the hostel allowed us to store our luggage while we explored Madrid, since our flight wasn’t until midnight, which helped us wander, rest a bit, eat what we had left in the fridge, and even freshen up in the bathroom. Overall everything was perfect, though a few minor maintenance and cleaning issues could be improved: in the room the bunk rail was broken, and the soap dishes in the bathroom were also damaged; in the common areas the floor felt a bit dirty and there was some dust on the coffee tables. Nothing drastic, but just a few things that could be better. I only have positive things to say about this hostel— we loved it!

Das Personal war freundlich. Es war sauber. Die Lage war fantastisch. Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Ausstattung. Das Zimmer lässt sich nicht lüften, da es kein Fenster hat. Durch die Klimaanlage war das Zimmer sehr kalt heruntergekühlt, nach Änderung der Zieltemperatur blieb es sehr kalt und erst durch Eingreifen des Personals im Zimmer am Klimamodul erreichte das Zimmer Raumtemperatur. Es gab kaum Privatsphäre, da das Hostel sehr eng gebaut ist, vor der Zimmertür war direkt die Rezeption mit dem Eingang zum Hostel. Preis-Leistung der Unterkunft ist nicht angemessen
