The beds were super comfy and the spot was spot on.

The location was great, right in the heart of the city, clean and comfortable. The system seemed poorly linked to the platform, so our reservation didn’t show up as we’d booked. When we switched to the room we actually requested, they tried to charge us a difference that didn’t match the price. After explaining the situation and insisting the extra fee was wrong, we finally got the room we’d reserved. The front‑desk staff weren’t very friendly overall.

The location was perfect, close to the main sights. The staff spoke very little English. There was a lot of street noise in the room.
