The location, the buildings, the staff. The room itself was dated, not safe to be honest, the bathroom is a death trap!! Luckily we are young(ish) but I would hate my parents to stay there. My husband went flying trying to get out the bath. So slippy and badly designed. Needs updated 100%. We had to ask for fresh towels, tea and milk too! The staff were lovely but a lot was missed in terms of room service

The house and garden were gorgeous and everything was set up nicely. The owners were very friendly and welcoming, even though we booked last minute. We definitely want to return.
