Everything about the Pan Pacific was fantastic. We’ll definitely come back. Nothing was disliked at all.

The location was good, the staff friendly, and the interior luxurious. The master bedroom had a light that couldn’t be turned off by any switches, so I couldn’t sleep the first night. An electrician came the next night, rewired and removed the bulb just to turn it off. It felt like I was being treated as a picky guest because the light was supposed to stay on as an “emergency light even if the room card was removed,” but I was sure it was too bright to stay on permanently in the master bedroom with no partition. We had to clean up the debris ourselves, and the electrician didn’t remove his shoes while working.

The hotel was fantastic—room spacious, fully equipped, ultra‑modern. The location was unbeatable, and the staff were incredible. Breakfast was excellent, the pool was lovely, and overall the stay at Pan Pacific was outstanding.
