It’s close to the BTS and the Chatuchak market is a short walk away. The washing machine can be used if the housekeeper isn’t using it. The bathroom/WC is tiny. This is my first time staying in the area, but if I return I’ll head back to Lumpini Park, which I prefer. There was no contact with the owner or manager, and no one was present for check‑out.

The owner is friendly, the room is large, but the “balcony” offers only a small view of the parking lot. The area feels odd at night but during the day it’s actually very interesting with cheap shops. It’s a great chance to practice Thai, which I don’t always get to do in Bangkok or other tourist spots. Walking around alone at night was a bit challenging, and there were stray dogs barking nearby; it’s best to arrive during daylight to avoid that. The owners don’t speak English, but you can practice Thai; communication is minimal but straightforward. The view of the parking lot instead of a proper balcony didn’t bother me.

The price was reasonable for what you get, though breakfast wasn't included. The hotel sits close to the train station, which is convenient. The tiny refrigerator’s freezer was packed with ice; I had to unplug it and leave it on the balcony to thaw, after which it worked fine.

The staff were very friendly and the place was easy to access. However, there was no shower gel and the cleanliness was really lacking.

I was very impressed on my first visit; the atmosphere is private, the accommodation is clean, and it’s close to Ton Tan market, making travel super convenient.
