The location was great and all the staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful, but the bed was too soft.

The location was good, and the breakfast at the cafe was excellent; the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the hotel sits right in the middle of town. The room offered a great selection of drinks, many of them complimentary. We only saw staff in the cafe, and they were friendly. However, the room could use some redecoration, and the shower was very poor. We noticed maintenance work happening around the building. Check‑in was unstaffed and instructions were emailed on arrival day. Entry used coded keypads, which worked fine but were noisy, and you couldn’t get in or out without potentially disturbing other guests.
