“Great Place; Staff needs training in humanity”
It’s a nice spot, like an efficiency apartment. I forgot to add my partner’s name to the reservation, so I had to leave to help my adult daughter and stayed with her the second night. My partner was locked out of the room with our small dog inside. The staff wouldn’t open the door or let her in, and when she got hysterical they called the police. She had to book another hotel that night until I could arrive the next morning. The dog peed on the bed while locked inside, couldn’t get off it, and I was charged over $100 in what I assume is a cleaning fee. The whole situation was full of mistakes, many of which stemmed from my own error, and the staff could have handled it better to at least let my partner retrieve our dog.
