The staff were very nice and accommodating; when I asked to change rooms because of a strong smell, they quickly arranged a new one for me. The restaurant sits in the middle of the hotel, so the smell of the food is always around.

I stayed here because it's super close to everything in Pala and it was a total bargain. The price was really good and it's within walking distance to all the amenities. I was pleasantly surprised by how affordable it was without sacrificing convenience.
