Every detail was handled impeccably. The suites and amenities were top‑class, and the hotel restaurant was phenomenal. No dislikes.

The location was great, the staff wonderful, the food excellent, and they were just so helpful.

The location was good. Service at the front desk during check‑in was very poor. There was no concierge service, and the front desk staff were reluctant to help us plan hikes. No bellboy for luggage, and there was no coffee in the room or on site.

The design and furnishings are nice. The spa hours could have been longer.

The location was spot on, close to both the slopes and the town, and the breakfast was perfect; the staff were amazing, friendly and welcoming. We had to leave this perfect hotel, but we still love Selva nd Hotel Tyrol!
