“Will Never Stay Here Again”

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at; the room was disgusting with crumbs and stains on the furniture and floor, the pull‑out mattress was filthy with stains and springs poking through and should have been replaced years ago, there was rust on the dishwasher and the drawer handles in the kitchen, the dining table wasn’t cleaned, the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and the walls were peeling, the bathroom door locked and could not be opened so my kids and I had to walk to the lobby whenever we needed to go, we couldn’t shower and had to brush our teeth at the kitchen sink, and the headboard in the bedroom was stained—will never return.

“Nope”

The continental breakfast was fine, but the room was dingy and musty, the bathroom had stains and chipped paint, the dining table had a broken leg, it looked like someone punched the headboard on the bed by the window, I had booked a king room but received a double queen room.

“Exceeded our expectations”

The property surpassed our expectations; we were greeted by the nicest staff and check‑in was super fast, our room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable, we didn’t stay for breakfast but it smelled great, the area was super nice and quiet, far enough from the highway yet easy to get back on the road, and we will definitely return.
