The price‑to‑quality ratio and the shuttle were decent, but the place was not very clean and the staff made no effort to serve guests.

Awesome. Clean

I was disappointed because the staff were unhelpful and the room was dirty, and there was no parking available.

I really appreciated the staff’s cooperation and the punctuality of the shuttle bus to the Haram. The room was hot, and the blanket was badly burned. The hotel was generally good, but the room temperature and the condition of the blanket need improvement
