Nice bed, fan and air‑conditioning available. The shower didn’t heat properly, the room smelled a bit stale from the air‑conditioning, and the breakfast could have been better.

The staff are very friendly, but the television didn’t work and we complained three or four times.

The staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to give me any information I asked for. The rooms were super clean and came with beach towels and a snorkel. Breakfast was good with a variety of options, but it ran from 7:30 to 9:30, overlapping with some excursions that start at 7:30, so I had to eat elsewhere; maybe they could start a bit earlier.

The location was great. The transfer situation was confusing: they left without me, put me in another vehicle, and then wanted me to pay in cash. The reception lady wasn’t to my liking, but the guys were charming.
