The room and bathroom were fine. The exterior was very neglected, with trash, junk and odd objects in both the front and back gardens, almost a dump. Breakfast was a bit rough.

Everything was great, especially the house lady who took such good care of us. She welcomed us at arrival, made the breakfast we wanted, and it was delicious with plenty of variety. Her attention was perfect and we felt at home. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean and refurbished. We liked everything.

The location was great, breakfast was good, and the housekeeper Concetta was very kind. There was a blue parking zone nearby. It’s a 15‑minute walk from Isola Ortigia.

We stayed at several places on our trip, each with its own unique charm. This one had its own appeal, and the apartment was clean and well‑maintained. The owner was friendly and helpful. A big plus was the tasty, personalized breakfast. Another advantage was the proximity to the beautiful old town of Ortigia, with its narrow, picturesque streets. The centre was reachable on foot in at most 15 minutes, which was very convenient for me. I’d give it 9/10 points. I take one point off for noise, because the apartment is at a roundabout, so the constant traffic can be annoying, especially for those who value quiet and a peaceful rest. Despite this inconvenience, I rate the stay positively and appreciate the owner’s hospitality. 😊

“Absolutamente recomendable”

The owners’ attention, the modern and clean rooms and bathrooms with everything needed, the excellently supplied breakfast, comfortable beds – everything was perfect. Nothing to complain about.
