The hotel sits in a large condominium building, making it feel very impersonal. The room was fairly comfortable but the air conditioning was unbearable; we were cold all night. Nighttime noises in the building continued until late.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was large and fully equipped. The street was quiet and parking was available nearby. The owner, apparently unaware of the municipal lodging tax regulation that exempts guests under 14, charged us the tax for the children in our group—a first for me anywhere else.

I booked just before my stay for a small personal emergency and found a very welcoming place, centrally located on the main street, with free parking under the building. The owner was genuinely kind, hospitable, young, and capable—something worth noting given the times we live in. The property was beautiful, immaculately clean, the air conditioner was positioned so it didn’t blow directly on the bed, Wi‑Fi was available, and breakfast was included with the front bar (just cross the street on foot). The beach was reachable by car in under 10 minutes. My dog and I felt right at home right away; when she’s calm, we know we’re in the right spot! 🐾 I highly recommend it; it was a wonderful experience. The only flaw was that my room had an external private bathroom, so I had to leave the room and unlock it with my key; that was the only drawback, but it was the last available room during high season (Ferragosto week) and the bathroom was modern, spotless, with a balcony and top‑class shower.
