“over-priced”
The breakfast was chaotic, cramped, and the buffet sat in the corner of the room that also doubled as reception, leaving no room for guests to access the food; the selection was poor and we had to weave around each other just to reach the food and return to our packed tables. The reception women were unfriendly and unhelpful on almost every issue, appearing tired and uninterested in providing decent customer service; the only helpful person was a cleaning lady who was a delight. We were told the bar was closed upon arrival because the season was ending, so the only food and drink available at the hotel was breakfast, which is unreasonable given the location and room price.
