The place is clean and has many common amenities including parking, two kitchens, tables for eating, toilets, showers and bath, and a massage chair. Everything works well. The hosts are very friendly. Wifi is a bit slow, and the facility is dated. Soundproofing isn't great, but all the guests are respectful and quiet. Very good value for money
