I liked the spot – food and entertainment are close by. The room was mostly clean, no bugs, and it had a small fridge, a microwave, and a great AC. A few outlets earned extra credit. Warm and hot water were available, and both beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels felt a bit thin, and you need to call room service. The ice machine was broken.

Nothing good. Everything was awful. It was a joke – we ended up booking elsewhere on the second day of our vacation without even a refund guarantee.

We stayed six nights and the room was never cleaned; we had to ask the front desk for fresh towels. The guest laundry and ice machine were also unavailable. I don’t think I’d return.

The room was fine. Breakfast was just grab‑and‑go, no proper spread. Hot water didn’t come on properly, and the bathroom door locks didn’t latch correctly.
