The location is excellent and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen’s cleanliness is terrible, always smelling bad; that needs improvement. The laundry area’s restrooms lack trash cans, so papers were left on the floor. Customer service is good, depending on who’s at the reception.

Ver nice. Great vibe. It has washing and drying machines. the toilets were small and there are only the ones inside the room. the storage for luggage is small and i could leave mine fir a few hours after the check out, i had to stay at the lounge waiting for my flight instead of going out and sightseeing the city one last time

The location is fantastic. Water pressure from the shower is great, and the beds are comfortable. An adjoining restaurant was fairly priced and offered quality, freshly prepared food. Cleanliness was very poor in the room. Guest noise carried easily, and constant slamming of community doors was extremely disruptive, making it very difficult to sleep. I appreciate this is mostly a complaint towards other guests' lack of respect and consideration for other visitors. Perhaps the community doors could be updated for a soft close mechanism. Rooms require a thorough deep clean and general maintenance

La ubicación. No tenia luz de noche el baño de abajo. Las cortinas de las piezas de las camas no estaban limpias. Los baños estaban debtro de la piezas y eran solo 2 para 14 personas Las zonas comunes como la cocina cerraba a las 10 de la noche

The location is perfect near Gran via many restaurants shops theathers etc, it has an affordable restaurant down stairs,towel is included theres soap in the bathroom, the bathroom was inside the room theres a kitchen to keep your food amd cook and Washing machines, personel is very friendly and welcoming ,rooms are very well isolateur dont hear anything from other rooms. There should hire more people at the reception the queues at arrival where long. Bathroom could be cleaner, there should be a hairdryer at least in the ladies rooms , a full body mirror is missing and shelves inside the room to put your stuff the painting on the walls was wearing off
