The hotel has many positives, especially the service. All staff were very attentive, polite, and helpful. The location is also great for those who want to enjoy the beach. The hotel needs more maintenance and cleaning, especially for a 4‑star level. In the room, the sink was clogged, the shower temperature was unstable, and the TV had poor picture quality, no smart system. The sauna wasn’t working. On some occasions, the pool bathroom was quite dirty, the restaurant floor was often greasy, and meal plates weren’t removed during room cleaning. The food is decent but could be higher quality. On rainy days, there are few truly covered areas and some leak, which made it hard to find a seat at breakfast. There’s also a concert hall next door, so those seeking silence should check the schedule before booking
