“Très moyen”
The location was good, close to restaurants and other spots. The cleanliness was clearly lacking: the bathroom sink clogged, the shower drainage was awful, and after just 2 minutes the bathroom flooded. The floor was dirty, the toilet bowl was in bad shape, not fixed to the floor, and flushing sent water straight onto the floor. The bathroom door was filthy. The water dispenser was never refilled for 3 days. The room was noisy. When we were about to catch an afternoon bus and the hotel was almost empty, we asked to stay a bit longer than the checkout time. The staff immediately refused, saying other guests had booked. We ended up spending most of the afternoon in the lobby and didn’t see any other guests at all throughout our stay.
