“I wasn’t comfortable as I wished, and I want expecting too much, but this was too low”
The location was a bit okay. It was too expensive for what it offered, situated between two construction sites, and felt a little creepy.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was very good. The breakfast wasn't very good and there was a bit of a cleanliness issue.

The experience was absolutely dreadful: walking up the first‑floor stairs, lugging bags, dealing with a broken elevator, a stinky bathroom, and even something that looked like a mosquito flying around. I was supposed to have breakfast at 6:30 am, but the service was delayed again and the facilities were poor.

I booked a two‑room suite and it turned out to be far better than I had imagined, with two decent bathrooms and comfy beds; breakfast was good too. The only downside was that there was no lift on the ground floor, though the staff were very helpful.

The hotel was fine, but the only point deducted was that you have to go up one floor from the ground to reach the elevator, which is a bit tough for older guests; the staff were okay.
