“I spilled takeout soup on bathroom floor and cleaned it up with a towel. The towel was cheap white towel and stain woukd”
The spot is great, but it gets a bit noisy around midnight and the sound really travels.

I didn't like anything.

The bathroom was awesome, the bed super comfy, the TV was nice, and the lift worked fine. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the place sits nicely by a lake, far from the old quarter. Laundry service was great. On the downside, the neighboring guests were very loud, shouting and slamming doors late into the night, and nobody did anything about it even though it went on for a while. We were also charged for two small bottles of water we took from the fridge when we checked out.

The location is good; you can walk from the train and all the main sights are close by. The downside was mold on the sink, gray worn‑out linens, and it was very cold.

The staff were friendly, but the room itself was in bad shape.
