The host was very pleasant. My car arrived in the morning, and there were no luggage problems; they kindly brought it into the room so I could start relaxing on the beach right away. Thank you so much. The view from the window was beautiful, and the air conditioner helped me relax. The only downside is that, like all places close to the bar, you can hear music and traffic even with the windows closed. It didn't bother me too much, and I knew this would be the case when I chose the accommodation. But if you’re looking for silence, you should think about that.

“Meglio che in hotel..!”

Excellent location, just a 3‑minute walk to the free beach at S. Giovanni Licuti, with the convenience of being able to return to the room for any need, a cocktail bar across the street for evenings, and if you drive you’re in less than 10 minutes to both the center and the famous fresh fish spots. The room is spacious, new, and well‑equipped, with a ventilated terrace on the high floor, a bathroom with a two‑person shower. From everywhere you look out at the sea, even while showering! Priceless… I usually choose 4‑star hotels, but this time I felt I was better off and spent less! The staff were very kind, punctual, organized, and even friendly, which never hurts! I usually don’t leave reviews, but this time it felt necessary.

The location was extremely convenient in San Giovanni Licuti, central city and close to public transport, with a magnificent view of the sea, the village, and partially the Etna. The host’s welcome, courtesy, and availability were excellent. Nothing to note.
