We booked a specific room with a hammock shown in the photos, yet we were handed a totally different room upon arrival; when we presented the proof, the staff told us to check it ourselves, even though we had booked through another platform. The pet fee was also confusing—listed as 500 THB per stay, but we were charged 1,000 THB per night per pet. The overall atmosphere felt off.

I fell in love with this hotel's authentic Thai charm, located at the foot of the Kwaï river. The warm welcome, delicious breakfast, and excellent cuisine made for a truly enjoyable stay. The only thing that wasn't perfect was the fact that everything was just that – perfect!

The hotel's prime location on a main road, near the Kwaï Noi river, and with breathtaking mountain views, made for a convenient and safe stay. However, the rooms were situated close to each other, which made me wish for some additional screening or a partition at the front of the room for more privacy.
