I appreciated being able to check out late, the staff were all wonderful, the room was spacious, the TV set was huge, and even the security guard was very helpful. The TV mainly showed Chinese programmes; I wish there were more English programmes or news. I didn’t get to have breakfast because it wasn’t included in my price.

The hotel exceeded expectations in almost every aspect, but unfortunately, it lacked a key amenity that guests often take for granted – access to on-demand entertainment.
