“Can’t wait to go back!”

One of my favorite staycations! Spacious room with AC and a restaurant on site that served fresh and delicious meals! We also enjoyed a great couples massage in the Spa. We were disappointed that we didn’t get to use the sauna or cold plunge due to power outages. However this is quite standard in Nicaragua, so it just means we will have to visit again soon!

“Price not worth the value of the property”

Very clean. Pool was under maintenance for one of our days. Location isn’t the greatest, for the price we were far away from most things and not even on the beach. Booked a shuttle to the airport from the front desk an it ended up being over an hour late and we were then left booking our own so we weren’t late. Was told doing laundry would take 2 hours. Dropped it off at 8:30 am and didn’t get it back until 4pm

Le restaurant était vraiment bon, le personnel adorable, les chambres confortables, le design de l’hôtel agréable, et le rapport qualité‑prix satisfaisant. Cependant, il n’y avait pas de réfrigérateur dans les chambres. L’aménagement autour de la piscine manque d’ombre pour les transats, mais une extension devrait ouvrir fin décembre. Nous sommes arrivés au restaurant à 11h20 pour déjeuner et n’avons pas été servis avant 12h20, alors que notre taxi partait à 12h30, car ils devaient préparer la nourriture pour un groupe en retraite sur place. Je trouve ça dommage, surtout que le groupe n’est pas arrivé avant 12h et que nous étions eux aussi clients de l’hôtel.
