“It looks shiny and clean from the outside but has a lot of tidying up to do with their attidude.”

The only bright spot was the helpful Security Guard at the front door when we checked out. The breakfast staff were rude and abrupt, and they charged extra for a cup of tea that should have been included with breakfast. At the end of our stay I discovered the bed was broken and was being held together with a cup.

“Une adresse à diffuser largement.”

Everything was excellent and the value for money was exceptional. The Campanile Casablanca matches the Campanile hotels in France and feels like a 4‑star property! The city centre parking was a bit complicated, though we managed to park six cars; the hotel guards monitored the entire street parking.

The building looks nice and modern, and the breakfast was good. However, it seemed a few years old and somewhat neglected: mold in the bathroom, a shower with a warped floor, some lights not working, and towels were missing (I had to ask for them and they were poor and old).
