Location was spot on. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful, especially since we were staying with our small dog. Breakfast was good value, clean, and had enough choice. The shower felt like a wet room, but that didn't ruin our stay.

Excellent value for money with a lovely sea view that we paid for. The breakfast was great; the only downside was that it wasn’t a comfortable spot to have a drink. Cleanliness, breakfast, and an excellent location for walking to Torquay or along the coast to Brixham were all positives. The only drawback was the fear of not finding a parking space when we returned because of first‑come, first‑serve.

Everything was just perfect.

Everything good, only issue I would say shower water floods bathroom floor.

Great location and parking. Decorated very well, light, warm and modern. Shower was a bad design as there was no door or screen to stop the water pouring onto the floor
