“It sucked. Not worth the low price (price + quality = value). This was NOT a value.”

Nothing was good. It SUCKED. Stay at a better hotel in a nearby city (like Mason City) if visiting Osage; it will be worth the extra cost. The place was filthy and the maintenance of the room(s) was a disaster: mold on the bed dust cover, rust stains in the bathroom shower, cracked bathroom tile (probably bacteria‑infested), and a completely filthy carpet that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in YEARS!!!

“Good value for stay but limited breakfast.”

For a dates motel the price made it a good value. They advertised free breakfast, but the orange juice dispenser and waffle batter dispenser were inoperable. The only items available were cereal, yogurt, muffin, bread, and coffee. The room also lacked a convenient electrical outlet for a CPAP. I noticed a for‑sale sign in the yard, so this may be part of the reason, but it still doesn’t look good for a Western franchise.

“Fortunately I didn’t have to spend much time here”

I was quite pleased with the hotel's location and price, but unfortunately, the bed was a huge letdown - it had a cheap metal frame and the sheets were short, which made for a pretty uncomfortable stay.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a nasty fall on the sidewalk by the side door, which left me injured, but I was heartened by the management's concern for my well-being.
