The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Mr Raju who ensured everything was comfortable.
The rooms were clean.

Nothing special to mention. The poor cleanliness, very peripheral location, and tiny room where the third bunk was just a mattress on the floor were disappointing.

The location was good . And food was tasty .Reservation process easy . 1) very congested bath room 2) the tarif in the menu card kept in room and Resataurent vary very much . When pointed out they admitted that the room menu card has not been updated . Shows inferior professionalism. 3) Bath rooms do not have tooth brush and tooth paste , I had to ask for 4 ) Room.lay out is conjested .5) During check out payment recipt and invoice not provided Compared to Rs 4300 price charged , there iscno value for money .6) The staircases were over flowing with dirty laundry . 7) For a lower price other near by hotels offered decent value for money .7

The location was good and the newly renovated rooms had hot water. Breakfast was advertised to start at 8:00 AM but was actually delayed to 8:45 AM, and they blamed us for not arriving on time. When I got to reception, they said they couldn’t find my booking on Booking, which shocked me, then they located it on another internal site and I paid. After checkout, I received an email from Booking that the hotel had marked the stay as a no‑show and demanded the nightly fee, even though I had already paid at check‑in. After many emails with Booking Support and showing the receipt, I didn’t have to pay extra, but the hotel’s shady practice left a bad impression and I won’t stay there again.
