The location and view of the place are beautiful. The staff, however, lack professionalism; after dinner I had to ask for the room to be cleaned, and the dishes were left on the floor with the rice and trash still there, which I don’t understand. The whole villa was infested with insects, even though I booked two villas—a large two‑room one and a small one. A project like this should have a company that deals with insects; personally, I bought insect‑repellent medication for about 60 dollars and kept it in my home for six months without seeing any bugs. The hotel is established; it’s not hard for them to train staff or spend a bit more for guest comfort.

The staff were very helpful. The bathtub lacked privacy because other rooms could see in, and the bathroom was often flooded near the stream, so we didn’t feel safe using the water. The air‑conditioner didn’t get cold.
