Carla is super helpful. The room is beautiful with a huge balcony and a wonderful city view. Great location. The breakfast is plentiful and served in the room. Carla even made me a vegan donut! ❤️
The room is very nice along with the terrace.
The staff’s willingness and the overall cozy vibe were great, and the cleanliness was fine. However, there was no elevator, and on the third floor the double ramp was awkward; the water bottle was a nice touch for the heat, but it wasn’t single‑use—there was a bottle with a spring‑topped, refillable cap, which raised hygiene concerns if previous guests drank from it. The mattress and its cover were hot, the air‑conditioning lacked a remote and wasn’t powerful enough for the room’s volume; the entry area stayed cool, but the bedroom was noticeably warmer.
The room is pretty and welcoming, but it’s on the third floor with no elevator. The complex is comfortable.
