The view is beautiful and the spot on the mountain edge next to the Generation Park is great, yet with five of us it felt cramped; the apartment is only suitable for two adults and two kids, the stairwell and building are old, and my eleven‑year‑old daughter wasn’t allowed into the sauna—only adults.

The facilities are great, the room’s location is excellent, the pool is good, the trails are right on the mountain, the price is reasonable, and there are plenty of play options for kids, but the sofa in the room has dog hair, the dining table wall is spotted, the kitchenette needs renovation, the shower has black residue, the curtains are spotted, and the online photos don’t match the actual apartment.

“Schönes Zimmer”

The stay was awesome: quiet, beautiful, with a stunning view. Room D92 was nicely furnished and the pull‑out bed was comfortable. I mention the room because each one is different; they’re private units rented by a service provider. The front desk staff were extremely friendly, and parking was free in the large on‑site garage. The property itself consists of several renovated blocks from the 1970s, and the Wi‑Fi in D92 was unusable, though it worked fine in other rooms. According to the listing, breakfast could be added on site, but it wasn’t available because of a holiday.

Everything fit perfectly 👍. The breakfast was especially good, the staff were very nice and friendly ☺️👍, and we had nothing to complain about.
