They have cockroaches

They denied me a room for no reason and I didn't get to stay there; the front desk was very rude. The service I received from the front desk was unsatisfactory.

The stay was okay, but there was a smell.

Wonderful staff. Clean room. Refrigerator. Microwave. Television. Great value. I had trouble with the television, but it was quickly fixed by helpful staff.

When I was in the hall I expected a loud night, but it was quiet and I slept well. They were renovating, and there were bed structures in the hall and in the office. The floor wasn’t mopped, the shower drain was plugged, and the TV had to be turned on manually before the remote worked. The freezer portion of the refrigerator was neglected. They say you need to talk to them in the morning to get your deposit back. I checked out about 7 am and nobody was there. The lighting in the bathroom was like a strobe light.
