The apartment was beautiful and spacious, with three bedrooms, and the property offered everything needed for a comfortable stay.

The custom omelettes and themed restaurants were lovely, and the lush greenery gave the place a luxurious vibe; I appreciated that the rooms were cleaned daily, with cleaners accommodating our schedule and returning later if we were in the room. Having a washing machine and dishwasher in the room was a bonus, and the pools and sunbeds never felt crowded. On the downside, there was no sign‑off for the return of equipment such as pool cues and the table tennis set, which we mentioned to reception because we weren’t sure the return had been logged. Tips weren’t included in the half‑board rate, which felt odd since most meals were prepaid months earlier; I’d prefer to pre‑pay tips like on cruises.

The resort looked like a painting—absolutely stunning, peaceful, and relaxing, surrounded by beautiful scenery, making it ideal for large groups or multigenerational families. However, it wasn’t very family‑friendly for young children: activities were scarce, there was no special evening entertainment, and breakfast was served at two separate spots—Lemon Square was a nightmare with swarms of wasps and flies. Breakfast was also a long walk from our accommodation, and the shuttle ran too infrequently. Many staff members struggled with English, complicating matters, and although the restaurants were top‑quality, they were surprisingly pricier than comparable London venues.
