The Swan Hotel was truly remarkable, with a proprietor who was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful, ensuring our comfort at every turn and always a pleasure to chat with. The hotel itself was stunning, impeccably maintained, spotless, and in excellent condition, making our stay thoroughly enjoyable and highly recommendable. We will definitely return. There was nothing to dislike.

The guest house was spotless and charmingly decorated, and the owner was kind, friendly, and helpful, offering useful tips for sightseeing in London. Its location was very convenient, providing easy access to central London and Heathrow Airport, with a direct bus to Heathrow from near the guest house. I truly enjoyed my stay.

“Friendly, convenient, clean, and comfortable.”

Vladimir greeted me at the door, gave me an off‑street parking spot, and showed me around, even walking me to the bus stop and pointing out better ways to get around London. The room was quiet, very clean, and offered tea, coffee, and water bottles. The beds were super comfortable, and the price was fantastic. The location gave easy access to both bus and train stations (about a 4‑5 minute walk). I reached downtown London by train in about 20 minutes without driving stress, and Heathrow Airport in about 10‑15 minutes by bus, so I didn’t need the car. I have no suggestions for improvement.
