“awful experience for the money charged.”
When we arrived we were put in an old bungalow that desperately needed renovation; after we complained, we were moved to one of the newer bungalows. The beds are hard and the pillows feel like sandbags. Gaps in the doors let mosquitoes in freely. Breakfast each morning was stone‑cold, and because the hotel had low occupancy, we saw the same leftovers served every day. No covers or lids on any of the food, so it stayed cold, and flies were constantly on the food—overall a very poor setup. We visited another nearby hotel that cost 50 % less and was so much better, an unbelievable value compared to this place, the so‑called paradise resort.
