Everything in this hotel was perfectly prepared. The staff was very friendly and helpful. A large selection of food at breakfast. Everything was fresh. Rooms were clean. We received various surprises in the room in the form of snacks. That was very nice. No negatives.

I liked everything, from check-in to check-out. The staff were very attentive, fantastic convenience, exceptional food and drinks too. Nothing bad to point out.

Nice, clean. The location is great, the room is spacious. Breakfast was good. They let us enter the dining room early in the morning (6) when we needed to head out for a trail or flight. The room was plain. They asked for money (euros) to replace pool towels. The staff were not willing to help with booking tickets for the walking trails in the area.

Super hotel, the meals were excellent, the views were stunning, the staff were very helpful, and the hotel provided a free bus transfer to Funchal, which pleasantly surprised us. Highly recommend!
