This place used to be my company’s go‑to spot until recent incidents. I walked into my room to find someone asleep in my bed, and a drunken woman passed out in the same room with all my stuff. The management staff’s handling of this was a huge letdown. We’ve been staying here for weeks while working out of town. How does this even happen?

The location is convenient, breakfast is decent, and the staff are helpful. The first night the bathroom floor was so dirty that muddy footprints appeared after the shower, but the front desk fixed it when I reported it. The room had a small safe in the closet with no instructions, and no staff offered help on how to use it; a notepad would have been useful.

The place was very nice and clean. The environment was friendly.
