“Amazing location with wonderful food and welcoming staff made a memorable stay”
The renovations turned the place into a cozy community pub with modern amenities. The stairs to the room were narrow and steep, as expected, so we packed our stuff into smaller bags to fit. The whole team made us feel welcome, with Matt keeping everything running smoothly while the in‑house chef crafted a changing and inventive menu for lunch and dinner, plus a home‑cooked breakfast included in the rate. Everything was very comfortable except the steep stairs to the room, which still gave us access to rooms with a view over the village.
