The room was too cramped.

The staff were good; hot water only in the afternoon and the bed was hard.

My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. On the positive side, my room was clean, spacious, and well-ventilated, and it was conveniently located near the city center. However, I had some issues with the bed, which was a bit too firm and caused some back pain, and the TV in the room wasn't working.
