“No lo recomiendo”

This is the third time I’ve stayed here and it’s likely the last. In previous stays I was in a “plano tierra” room, so we had no issues. This time it was on the second floor, no elevator, just a small spiral staircase. The bedside lamp was missing, and we only had a chair and a bench. Lifting our luggage up that tiny staircase was painful—especially for me with a herniated disc. I paid €94.50 and feel ripped off; for less I stayed one day at a 3‑star hotel with an elevator, a larger room, 24‑hour reception, and only €85. I’ll never return; the climb left me sore and I can’t recommend it.

“Not what we expected when we saw the photos”

The staff were friendly, but the hotel sits on the side of a road, so the location isn’t great. When we arrived it felt a bit chaotic—messy front desk and noisy, which left a poor first impression. We were assigned room 1, and when we opened the curtains we could see the restaurant’s terrace right through the window. The bathroom was old and the bath was uncomfortable; water sprayed everywhere and the whole room got soaked. Luckily we only stayed for one night.

The hotel was super easy to reach, right by the highway exit, and it was remarkably quiet with good soundproofing; the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast felt a bit basic for the price.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was hearty, offering a wide selection of high‑quality items. Our family room was spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we needed. We especially liked the secure parking in the courtyard, a real bonus for worry‑free travel. The hotel restaurant was also delightful, with tasty dishes and a welcoming atmosphere. A big thank you to the staff, who were always friendly, attentive, and helpful, making our visit even better. We highly recommend this place and will definitely return.

The staff were very kind. There was a DJ night on the evening of our arrival, which was super fun. The bathroom was extremely small, and there was no hair dryer available.
