I spent 5 nights at this place and honestly cannot fathom how it is marketed as a high‑level hotel; the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The “barbecue” restaurant deserves a special mention: the name is almost a joke. There is almost no choice, sometimes only one meat on offer, and you have to be lucky that any is left. Several times there was simply nothing left. At the main restaurant, the food quality is also very poor; it feels like most items are frozen. The worst part: at noon you order a salad and sometimes have to wait for it to thaw before you can eat it. At that level, you cannot talk about quality or freshness. Cleanliness is also far from satisfactory. This is the first time in my life I’ve seen housekeeping staff work without a vacuum cleaner, which explains the general state of the place… And about the rooms: the condition is frankly deplorable. The bathroom is in such a state that you almost hesitate to touch anything. It is absolutely not what you should expect from a hotel hosting vacationers. Finally, the staff in charge of offering activities is overly insistent. Once is fine, but when several people come to solicit you every day, several times a day, it becomes truly annoying. When you say no, it’s no. You come to the hotel to relax, not to spend your stay refusing activities. After 5 nights, my conclusion is simple: many promises, but very little quality behind them. Between the food, hygiene, room condition, and incessant solicitations, I absolutely do not recommend this place and will not return.

The location, the second pool on the bungalow side, lunch at the barbecue area, and the fact that the hotel has a private beach are positives. Some servers were unpleasant, the bathroom was not renovated or well arranged, and the hot water was dirty (red).
