Piccolo hotel is family‑run, a bit off‑center yet peaceful and pleasant; our family room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped. Staff speak little English but manage to communicate and are genuinely kind, helpful, and attentive to guests’ needs. We loved it so much that after our northern Thailand tour, with one last night in Chiang Mai, we booked another stay here. It’s a simple, welcoming, and well‑run place I highly recommend! No negatives to note.
