The spot is handy for catching public transport – the metro is just 10 m away! The bathroom and shower are great. Rooms on the upper floor are very quiet, unless you have some guests who aren’t very polite. The bed is too narrow – a 140 cm matrimonial is fine for a single but not more – and the mattress is very firm. The pillows are so low that they’re almost useless.

Being close to the train station that links to many places, including the airport, is a plus. I arrived at 22 h, didn’t get any face‑to‑face help, but everything was guided by email. The lack of a 24‑hour on‑site staff is a downside. As a hostel‑traveller, I knew I could rent a towel, but because there was no staff I couldn’t get one – I arrived at 22 h and had no way to ask for a towel 😬

The room is spacious and very tidy. The bathroom smells strongly of pipes, making it hard to sleep at night because the cleaning products are pungent and all the outside noises are audible. The bed feels a bit uncomfortable, and the reception closes at 19:00. We had trouble entering with the codes and no one was available to help.
