I genuinely enjoyed the simple Malaysian-style breakfast; the room looked reasonably comfortable at first and the walls were well soundproofed, yet the overall noise level was high because of the loud outdoor air‑conditioning unit and a bathroom ventilation fan that could not be turned off; there was visible mould in the bathroom, especially around the door and higher up, and the mould around the door bothered me so much that I ended up removing it myself because I could not ignore it; the bidet hose was unusable due to water leaking from the side, the bathroom tap was loose, and housekeeping was disappointing—my room was never serviced, so I had to request fresh towels and an emptied bin; most concerningly, someone entered my room on the day of departure even though the “Do Not Disturb” sign was on while I was either having breakfast or showering, and I found a second room key card on top of my wardrobe; when I mentioned this at checkout, the staff simply replied “Oh, thank you” without any meaningful explanation or acknowledgment of the privacy breach.

Breakfast was very good! The room layout and the ventilation system noise were issues.

Le personnel réactif et serviable, la taille de la chambre, la proximité des commerces et du centre commercial, bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner peu varié et pas très savoureux
