The luxury in every detail. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and attentive to every little thing. The place is spotless, with a spectacular view of the lake and Fuji… Amenities like yukatas, robes, and a private onsen make the place extraordinary!

Stunning view of Mount Fuji. The hotel is nice, new, well‑equipped, and comfortable, but it still lacks a soul. The reception is professional, standard for a generic chain hotel.

The view was amazing and the staff were really friendly. You have the best view of Fuji from your hotel room! Waking up and seeing Mount Fuji was a highlight!

Excellent location with one of the greatest views on Mount Fuji in the area. Staff has been very welcoming and the hotel is brand new. A place to come again and again

The place sits quietly with a great view, and the private hot tub on the balcony overlooking Mt Fuji is a treat, but there’s no room service.
