“It was great!”

The room was spotless, I took my grandkids to the pool and they loved it, overall a great experience; I was on the upper floor only because I’m old.

“Less than average”

The location was convenient for restaurants and shops, but flies were awful, we saw roaches and stink bugs in the room, the carpet looked old and dirty, the light bulbs by the sink were out, and the chairs were very uncomfortable while the beds were the same.

The pool and hot tub had a faint musty odor, but overall it was fine.

The location is great, but if you book through a third‑party the breakfast isn’t included, the pool smells awful and leaves a nasty scent on your skin, and the app says check‑in at 2 pm while it actually starts at 3.

I appreciated the sliding door that opened onto the lounge commons; the room was spacious, tidy, and the bed was super comfy, and the shower was amazing! The room felt old and out of date, the headboard looked dirty because the faux leather was peeling from constant head‑propping, so I stayed away from that spot. The shampoo, conditioner, and bar soap were cheap 1.5 oz bottles of an unknown brand that I didn’t use; my husband did. The coffee maker didn’t accept standard pods, so I couldn’t use my own; the fridge stayed only chilled even after I set it to the coldest setting, so my items were not cold by morning. The public restroom just off the commons had water everywhere, possibly a leak, smelled like sewer, and was not clean at all. Overall the stay was okay; the room was clean but very outdated. I’d stay again if I needed a cheap option or had no other choices.
