Excellent value for money, very good facilities, and wonderful staff—especially those in charge of the buffet area. The only improvement could be the quality of the food.

The location was great, very close to La Carihuela, the pool had a nice water temperature and plenty of hammocks, the kids were friendly and the rest of the staff were pleasant; a small beautiful pond added a relaxing touch beside it; the buffet was good with a variety of dishes and the desserts were excellent overall—highly recommend. The breakfast timing was a bit early, ending at 10 o’clock, but that wasn't a major drawback.

The room was spacious and cozy, but the reception felt cold and there was no parking available.

The overall vibe and the staff were good, yet the breakfast was lukewarm and the plates weren't hot.

The hotel sits in a central spot, not far from the beach La Carijuela, but it lacks a terrace.
