Beautiful location and pool. The restaurant Lulu’s was supposed to be open till 10pm but last drinks were called at 9pm. The fires weren’t on even though we asked for them to be on. We couldn’t charge anything to the room. Coffee was terrible

The natural surroundings, gardens, pool, facility games, the creek flowing around the property and restaurant ticked a lot of boxes for us as a family. It was perfect for a mini holiday. It is in a great location as the Jamberoo Slide park and National parks are only a short drive away. No breakfast (only coffee) during the time we were there, but we just ordered a take away pizza the night before from the restaurant - because they communicated this clearly the night before

Furniture beautiful looking. It was really outdated. Bad 80s decor in room and bathroom. Rooms too busy for relaxation. Mouldy and dirty grout. No tissues. Fridge in wallrobe taking up hanging space. Chairs in room uncomfortable. A footstool that could not be used around table. Unless table without useful chairs. Could not lock screen door. Had a pink/red lighting effect like a bordello. Sauna broken. Pool table felt torn. Noisy until late. Afternoon sewerage breeze.
